Your Order Authorization

By placing an order, you authorize Forever in Stones Ltd to transform the cremated remains of the Decedent into solidified "stones" in accordance with this Solidification Authorization and our General Terms and Conditions.

Please note that we require a copy of the cremation certificate for both human and pet remains. This document will be requested within a few days of your order to ensure the process proceeds smoothly.

You confirm that you possess full legal rights and authority to manage the transportation and final disposition of the Decedent's cremated remains, and that the identity of these remains has been accurately stated. If we discover or suspect that the remains are not as represented, we reserve the right to return the cremated remains and issue a refund. Alternatively, if applicable, the client agrees to pay any price difference.

You agree to follow Forever in Stones Ltd's instructions regarding packaging and shipment. Details about packing and shipping will be provided shortly after your order is placed. You acknowledge that Forever in Stones Ltd is not liable for any loss or damage that may occur to the Decedent's cremated remains during transit to or from Forever in Stones Ltd.

You understand that the nature of the cremated remains may vary, and therefore Forever in Stones Ltd cannot guarantee the final appearance or outcome of the product. Additionally, you acknowledge that a small portion of the Decedent’s remains may not be returned due to the solidification process. You agree to release and hold harmless Forever in Stones Ltd, including its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates, from any claims, demands, or damages arising from the process or product as described and authorized.

You also understand that the solidification of the cremated remains is a final and irreversible process. Once completed, the remains cannot be returned to their original state, but may be retrieved as solidified stones that have been reconstituted. (Returned to Granular Form)

This authorization, and the agreements it embodies, are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
